Are the perfumes original?
Yes, all of our decants come exclusively from original, authorized bottles – the exact same ones you'd find in a perfumery. We operate as a registered company in Poland, and every order is officially confirmed. We don't sell counterfeits or scent dupes.
How do I know the perfumes are authentic?
You can see the decanting process on our social media, where we regularly show orders being prepared. We're building our brand from the ground up and care about honesty and long-term relationships with customers – every order is logged, and you always receive a purchase confirmation.
Do you use the same syringe for different scents?
No. We use a clean, separate syringe for each scent to prevent fragrances from mixing and to keep the aroma fully pure.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are shipped the same business day.
What if I can't find the scent I want to try?
Message us – we often add new scents to our range and may consider adding a specific fragrance in the future.
